Charge
The charge of the Dr. Morrill Memorial Park Committee (DMMPC) will be to perform three main functions:
- Phase I — Determine a plan for landscaping, walkways, placement of benches, etc., to re-beautify and re-vitalize Dr. Morrill Park.
- Phase II — Explore fundraising opportunities.
- Phase III — Plan for future maintenance and upkeep of Dr. Morrill Memorial Park.
