Application Information and Fee Schedule
Application submission deadlines can be found on the Zoning Board of Adjustment Calendar. Hearings are held the second Monday of the month only if a request has been submitted by the deadline the previous month. The Board requires application submission a few weeks prior to tentative hearing date for notification to abutters and for publication in the newspaper.
Fees are due at time of submission no exceptions. Please use the ZBA application files above for fee schedule and requirements.
