The Center Harbor Planning Board has received an application for Non-Residential Site Plan Review of land located at 42 Plymouth Street Center Harbor owned by Asquam Real Estate LLC Map 102 Lot 057.
The hearing will be held in the Cary Mead Room of the Center Harbor Municipal Building at 6:00 p.m. on March 17, 2026.
Description of the Site Plan Review proposal:
Asquam RE LLC proposes changing the use of lot 57 from a storage building for Home Comfort to expand the showroom space for home comfort.
