Notice is hereby given that the Center Harbor Zoning Board of Adjustment has received an application for a Special Exception of land located at 44 Plymouth Street, Center Harbor owned by Sled Investments, LLC Tax Map 102 Lot 056.

\ The hearing will be held in the Cary Mead Room of the Center Harbor Municipal Building on March 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

Description of the Special Exception proposal citing Article 5 Section 9 and Appendix #4 of the Zoning Ordinance is as follows.

To allow a multi-family (3 apartments) in the house by special exception.
