Continued Public Hearing Case #2025-11-19B Special Exception and Variance

Notice is hereby given that the Center Harbor Zoning Board of Adjustment has received an application for a Special Exception and Variance of land located at 42 Plymouth Street, Center Harbor owned by Asquam Real Estate, LLC Tax Map 102 Lot 057. Click here to review documents pertaining to this Hearing.

The hearing will be held in the Cary Mead Room of the Center Harbor Municipal Building on January 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

Description of the Special Exception proposal citing Article 5 Section 9 and variance proposal citing Article 9 Section 4-4 of the Zoning Ordinance is as follows.

Allow a boutique by special exception on lot 56 and request a variance because the lot does not meet the 20,000.00 SF minimum area. (Class 2) A variance has been requested to waive this requirement.
