The State of New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration has set the Town of Center Harbor's 2023 property tax rate as follows:
Municipal $3.88
County $1.00
Local Education $3.55
State Education $1.37
Total 2023 Property Tax Rate = $9.80
Property tax bills (dated 11/13/2023) were mailed on Friday, November 10, 2023. Payments made on, or before, December 5, 2023 are eligible for a 2% discount, otherwise, payment in full is due December 13, 2023.
